Family to Family is a series of twelve weekly classes and is designed specifically for family members of adults living with mental illness. The Family to Family course balances education and skill training with self-care, emotional support, and empowerment.
In Our Own Voice is an education program in which two trained presenters share compelling personal stories about living with mental illness and achieving recovery. They share a video in addition to their own experience and have discussion with the audience.
NAMI Basics is a free, 6-week education program for parents and family caregivers of children and teens whom are experiencing symptoms of a mental illness or whom have already been diagnosed. NAMI Basics is offered in a group setting so you can connect with other people.
NAMI Homefront is a free, 6-session educational program for families, caregivers and friends of military service members and vets with mental health conditions. The course is held online and taught by taught by trained family members of service members/veterans.
